Swara Bhaskar, a critically acclaimed actress, known for her vocal and fierce personality, has starred in box office hits like Tanu Weds Manu & Raanjhanaa.
Starting her journey with theater, Swara debuted with Madholal Keep Walking, which was screened at the 33rd Cairo International Film Festival but underperformed.
Swara later starred in Guzaarish directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali as a supporting actress and in Raanjhanaa for which she received critical praise.
She was praised highly for her work as a supporting actor in the Tanu Weds Manu series, which was also a box office hit.
She has acted in films like Veere Di Wedding, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, Listen... Amaya, Chillar Party, among others.
She, along with her brother Ishaan, launched their production house Kahaaniwaaley in 2019.
